Returns Policy

Returned items should be unused and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. We will issue a refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge. Alternatively, if preferred, we will exchange the item.

Please note:

  • Goods will only be accepted for return if they are dispatched within 7 days of delivery, unless we have notified you otherwise.
  • The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
  • The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.

How to Return an Item

  1. Please complete Returns Enquiry Form or send email to to request a refund and we will assign you a tracking #.
  2. Drop off or mail your returned item to:

    Freight arrangement and cost will be the customers' responsibility.
  3. Include in your package a signed letter or copy of email stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.

Restocking Fee

All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.

Damaged or Incorrect Product delivered

We apologise for the inconvenience, we will resend the correct item to you as soon as we can. Contact us by phone 02 9660 7722 or complete the Returns Enquiry Form.

Warranty

The warranty only covers manufacture defective. Defects or damages from abnormal use, unauthorized repairs, alterations, improper installation, and other acts will not be covered by warranty.

It is the customers' responsibility to ensure that the items are installed by licensed/professional personnel.
